With double-sided scan speeds of up to 24 pages per minute, the Brother ADS 2600We P131106 is a professional network colour scanner designed to seamlessly integrate into any organisation’s existing document management system.
The Brother ADS 2600We P131106 is built to aid productivity and professionalism. With a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, you don’t have to hang around just to feed in a multi-page document. Anyone looking to scan highly detailed documents will appreciate the high-performance interpolated scanning resolution offered of 1200 x 1200 dpi.
The device offers network connectivity as well, allowing multiple users to share documents via the WiFi connection or through a hi-speed USB 2.0 interface. Users will be able to quickly share scanned documents across network folders and networked computers. And the scanner also works with the most popular cloud business applications, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and OneNote, with direct scanning support.
An excellent workhorse for small offices, the scanner has a built-in multi-feed sensor that allows it to handle a large array of media types, including small flimsy receipts, embossed and shiny ID cards, and coated media such as business cards.
The user-friendly 9.5cm colour LCD touchscreen makes it easy to quickly convert hard copies into digital copies that can be shared, searched at speed, or edited as needed.
A superb, comprehensive suite of software is included with the scanner. Nuance PaperPort 12SE (Windows) provides OCR capability, for turning scans into editable documents, and for Mac users there is PageManager version 9 SE. Nuance PDF Converter Professional 8 (Windows), NewSoft Presto! BizCard 6 for Windows and Mac, and the Brother Control Center 4 for Windows and 2 for Mac complete the package.
Thanks to the security features, you can rest assured your documents will remain confidential and secure. Secure Function Lock and Active Directory Authentication control usage and ensure a safe scan environment.
